Pay Bill Online

We are excited to offer our customers the option to pay their bill online through our provider, PayStar. You may pay your bill 24/7. You may use a Debit Card or Credit Card. We accept Master Card, Visa and Discover. Just click the green "Pay Your Bill Now" button located to the right or at the bottom of this page to get started. You must have your account number and follow the prompts. ONLY WATER BILL PAYMENTS ARE ACCEPTED USING THIS METHOD. NO RECONNECT FEES, SERVICE CHARGES OR METER INSTALLATION FEES ARE ACCEPTED USING THIS METHOD. CONTACT OUR OFFICE FOR DETAILS. IF YOUR WATER HAS BEEN DISCONNECTED FOR NON-PAYMENT, YOU MUST CONTACT THE OFFICE TO HAVE SERVICE RESTORED.  WE ARE NOT AFFILATED WITH DOXO!!! DOXO IS A BILL PAY SERVICE AND IT COULD TAKE 10 TO 15 DAYS FOR WATERWORKS TO RECEIVE YOUR PAYMENT. IF YOU PAY WITH DOXO AND WE HAVEN'T RECEIVED YOUR PAYMENT BY THE CUT-OFF DATE, YOUR WATER SERVICE WILL BE DISCONNECTED. Pay Water Bill By Phone (BEST OPTION)

THIS IS THE EASIEST PAYMENT METHOD!!!!! You may pay your bill 24/7 by calling:  318-521-9461.  You must have your Waterworks account number and follow the prompts. Effective September 1, 2022, phone payments will no longer be processed by Waterworks District #2 personal. TO PAY YOUR WATER BILL BY PHONE, YOU MUST CALL THE PHONE NUMBER PROVIDED ABOVE. ONLY WATER BILL PAYMENTS ARE ACCEPTED USING THIS METHOD. NO RECONNECT FEES, SERVICE CHARGES OR METER INSTALLATION FEES ARE ACCEPTED USING THIS METHOD. CONTACT OUR OFFICE FOR DETAILS. IF YOUR WATER HAS BEEN DISCONNECTED FOR NON-PAYMENT, YOU MUST CONTACT THE OFFICE TO HAVE SERVICE RESTORED.

Payment By Mail

If paying by check or money order through the mail, please send all payments with your payment coupon. DO NOT MAIL CASH!!   To avoid late fees, please mail your payment at least seven to ten business days before the due date specified on your bill. Waterworks District #2 is not responsible for delays due to the Postal Service.

Automatic Bank Draft

The worry-free way to pay your water bill. With this service, the amount of your monthly bill is automatically deducted from your bank account and credited to your utility account. There is no set-up fee or charge associated with this method of payment. Contact our office for details.

Payment Drop-off Location

You may pay your bill in person at our office address. We accept cash, check, or money orders. To avoid longer wait times please have your payment ready.  YOU MUST HAVE YOUR BILL WITH YOU TO PAY AT THE DRIVE THRU WINDOW!!!. Please note that Mondays, Fridays and the first day after a holiday are normally very busy. 

Payment Through Financial Institution Online Bill Pay

Many financial institutions such as major banks offer their customers the ability to pay their bills via an online bill payment service (through your bank's website). Normally, these services debit the customer's checking or savings account to pay the bill. Depending on the financial institution, they may or may not charge a fee for the service. Payments may take seven to ten business days to be received in our office and be posted to the customer's account. Please consult with your bank for more information. To avoid late fees and possible disconnect for non-payment, please process your Financial Institution Online Payment as soon as possible after receiving your bill. It is the customer's responsibility to insure payment is received in our office before the penality date and or cut off date.  Waterworks District #2 is not responsible for delays due to the Postal Service.
